Our Services
Representative
Payeeship
Representative Payeeship is a money
management service. Payee determination is made
by the governmental agency that administers the
benefit. As payee, Guardian will receive the
person's monthly benefits and establish a budget
that will require the individual to live within
their means.
Agency staff will review eligibility
requirements and obtain all available benefits.
Tax services will also be provided when needed.
When an individual demonstrates to the
government agency that he or she is able to
manage their own personal finances, their right
to do so may be reinstated.

Conservatorship
As Conservator, Guardian will secure and
manage benefits and assets of the individual.
The Conservatorship determination is made by the
Probate Court. Each individual's capabilities
are evaluated and a plan is established to
encourage involvement and promote independence.
When appropriate, Guardian will provide or
obtain services such as investigating and
maintaining Social Security benefits, collection
of income, payment of bills, debt retirement,
estate planning, property assessment, tax
preparation, protection or liquidation of assets
and making investment decisions.

Guardianship
As Guardian, Guardian will assist in the
personal decision making process. The
guardianship determination is made by the
Probate Court.
When needed, Guardian ensures that the
individual receives medical care, a safe and
appropriate place to live, and access to
appropriate community programs. Guardian will
make these decisions while allowing the
individual as much independence as possible.
Financial services may also be offered along
with guardianship services.
